Trustees

A member of LAMP’s Board of Trustees will be selected for his/her commitment to the mission and vision of LAMP.

He/she will be of the utmost integrity and will be aware of or involved with the issues facing the indigent and homeless of Lowndes County.

The role of a member of the Board of Trustees is to bring new perspectives, directions and insights to our organization and to serve as a public relations representative and fundraiser in our community. A trustee will be able to offer individual expertise he/she may have in the areas of finance, law, housing, technology, health, marketing, human resources, and in other disciplines as well.

A trustee will make recommendations and provide background for board decisions. A trustee will be an ambassador to the community raising public awareness about LAMP and identifying others in the community who can support LAMP and help LAMP grow.
